|The certified commercial kitchen is one of 3 kitchens contained in the facility, but will be your space on an exclusive basis. It contains a Type 2 venthood (suitable for commercial grade ovens), ample prep space, a dry storage area and office space and walk-in cooler/freezer.
All NNN, utilities, maintenance, garbage disposal and all other costs are included within the rent. So you simply pay a flat rate monthly fee and all other costs are handled by The Kitchen Space. It gives you the peace of mind of knowing what your monthly expense will be, as well as having someone else worry about maintenance and other such matters which distract you from cooking!
